I Rachael Pierson do this second day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand and eight hundred & twenty eight make and publish this my last will & Testament in manner following - I order & direct my executors hereinafter named to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses in as short a time after my decease as conveniently may be -
All the rest & remainder of my estate of what nature or kinds soever I give devise & bequeath to Richard M. Pierson, Henry Pierson, Jubal Pierson & Rhoda Drake equally to be divided between them share and share alike
I do hereby nominate and appoint Richard M. Pierson & Henry Pierson Executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other & former wills or wills by me made
