You and each of you are hereby cited and required
personally to be and appear before Daniel H. Tuthill
our Surrogate of our County of Orange at the Surrogate's
Office in Goshen on the ~~sixth~~ ^sixteenth^ day of ~~August~~ ^June^ next at
nine o'clock in the ~~fore~~ ^fore^ noon of that day to testify all and-
singular you know and may be inquired of you in rela-
tion to the execution of a certain instrument in writing
now remaining in the office of our said Surrogate pur-
porting to be the last will and testament of Mary
Youngs deceased – Hereof fail not—
In testimony whereof we have caused the seal
of office of our said Surrogate to be hereunto affixed—
