1st
All property exposed to sale will be struck off to the highest bidder —
2nd
Purchasers will be entitled to a credit of six months on their giving a note with approved security on all sums over one dollar — for sums less than a dollar the cash must be paid
3rd
Any person bidding off any articles and refusing to comply with the above conditions the property shall again be set up and sold, and if it sells for more he shall not be benefited thereby, and if for less he shall make up the deficiency
4th
No property shall be removed off the premises until the above conditions are complied with
