I Mary Youngs do this second day of
July in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred & twenty eight make & publish
this my last will and testament in manner follow-
-ing I order and direct my Executors hereinafter
named to pay all my just debts & funeral expenses
out of my estate in as short a time after my
decease as conveniently may be ~
All the rest and remainder of my estate of
what nature or kind soever I give devise &
bequeath to Richard W. Pierson Henry Pierson
Jubas Pierson & Rhoda Drake equally to be
divided between them share & share alike ~
I hereby nominate and appoint Richard
W Pierson & Henry Pierson Executors of this my
last will and testament hereby revoking all
other & former wills by me made In
testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand
