In the Name of God Amen I Susannah Shaw of the Town of Wallkill County of Orange and State of Newyork being week in body, but of sound Mind Do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say) First I give and bequeath unto my Eldest Dauter Sarah Beyea the Bed and that Bedding that I possess at my Deceas with all of household Furniture likewise the two thirds of all the Money whithis in Bonds Notes or book accounts or otherwise to her heirs or assigns for ever I Likewise give and bequeath unto my youngest Dauter Mary Pearson the remaining one Third of all the Mony I Die possest of to her and her heirs forever.
I hereby appoint my two sons in law Henry Pearson and Samuel Beyea Executors of this my last Will and testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made in Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand seal This second Day of June Eighteen Hundred and Forty

been duly proved according to the provisions of the

Will and Testament of the personal estate of the
said deceased and the proofs and examinations
taken thereon are recorded in this Office.
