The meeting was held at the Bull Stone House, Craigville Road, occupied by the Louis E. Brown Family. At the meeting which followed the picnic luncheon, the bylaws were amended to increase the membership of the board of managers from nine to 12 members. The amendment was proposed at last year's annual meeting and approved Saturday. Newly elected to the board were Henry Perry Jr., Highland Falls; Mrs. Alfred Booth, Campbell Hall, and William Lodge, Montgomery. Douglas Couser, Thompson Ridge, was elected to replace Charles F. Johnson Jr., Chester, whose term had expired. Two other managers, whose terms expired, were reelected. They were Mrs. George H. Thompson, Goshen, secretary, and Edward Duryea Decker, New York City. Also continuing in office are Earl Dickerson, Thompson Ridge, president; Chester Roe, Newburgh, vice president; Henry P. Bull, Middletown, treasurer; Robert McLeod Jackson, Campbell Hall; Andrew Wilson Jr., Scarsdale, and Mr. Brown, managers. Mrs. Charles Wells, 98, of Newburgh, was awarded the prize for the oldest person attending. Paula Nave Bastiano, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Bastiano of Montgomery, was the youngest present. She was born June 12, 1963. Traveling the greatest distance were Mr. and Mrs. E. L. Hammond, Oxford, Miss. [Bottom Right Clipping & Caption under second photograph] The sandman paid a visit to these two Bull family cousins, Carey Perkins and Lisa Corinne Schuerholz, one year old. Apparently the excitement was too much for both. -- TH-Record photos by Manny Fuchs.
