Know all Men By these presents, That I Andrew McCord am held and firmly Bound unto my Father in law Peter Bull of Hamptonburgh in the Township of Goshen County of Orange and State of New York, in the Sum of two hundred & Sixty Dollars Current Lawful money of the United States, to be paid to the said Peter Bull, or to his Certain Attorney, his Executors Administrators or Assigns, For which payment Well and truely to be made I bind myself my heirs, Executors and Administrators, firmly By these presents Sealed with my seal Dated this fifteenth Day of April One Thousand Eight hundred and twenty three—

The Condition of the Above Obligation is such, That if the above Bound Andrew McCord shall Do well and truely pay in Labour or County produce, that are Nessessary for Subsistence in the means of Living, At a Fair price to the said Peter Bull amounting to two hundred & Sixty Dollars Current money of the United States, and to be paid, and Received Annually as Circumstances may Require and admit, During the Term of ten —— Years theme next Ensuing from the Above Date; Then the Above Obligation shall be Void and of None Effect, Otherwise it shall Remain in full force and Virtue ——— With this Proviso Nevertheless, That if the said Andrew McCord should not Live to the Expiration of the said Term of Ten —— Years the Condition of the above Obligation shall Cease after his Death, as though the above obligation and the Condition thereof, had never been mentioned ———
