I will however give you my price for the main line & 7 & $250. for acre if the crossings to come satisfactory & we can agree on them & I have a Gravel Hill where you cross the C & W which Mr. Beatty spoke to me about in Gihen, for that what 5 North of the C & W 7½ per Acres & south of the C & W $75. per acre & you can letter so much & letter is your want—
