Articles of an Agreement made the twenty fifth
day of the Eleventh Month One Thousand Eight hundred
and fifteen Between Daniel Bull of the Town of Blooming
Grove in the County of Orange and State of New York
of the one part and John Bull of the Town of Goshen
in Said County of Orange of the other part
Witnesseth that whereas the Said John Bull has Executed
a deed of conveyance unto the Said Daniel Bull and
there Being against Said property a Mortgage and
Several Judgments-And the Said Daniel Bull doth bind
himself his Executors or Administrators to make and Execute
a Deed of conveyance unto the Said John Bull or any
other person or persons whomsoever the Said John Bull
Shall Direct but the Said Daniel Bull is not to
Damnify or make his Estate liable for the Said property
Provided Nevertheless and upon this Condition the Said
John Bull doth Request Said Deed on or before the
first Day of the first Month One Thousand Eight
hundred and Seventeen and if not then the Said
Daniel Bull doth bind himself to pay the sum of
Seven Thousand and five hundred Dollars towards Said
Mortgage and Judgments if so much be against Said property
and if not the remainder to be paid to the Said John
Bull. It is to be observed that the Said Daniel Bull
does not obligate himself to pay any money unless he
Can have One hundred and Fifty acres of the above meritioned property Being the part where on our father
lived clear of all incumbrances and possession given
by paying the above mentioned Sum
NB If the above mentioned property is Sold by virtue of any Mortgage
or Mortgages Judgment or Judgments whatsoever then the
above agreement is to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain
in full force and virtue In witness whereof the parties to these
presents have Hereunto set their hands and Seals the Day and year
