Appurtaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents and Services of all and Singular the said premises and all the Estate Right title Interest Claim property and Demand whatsoever of him the said William Bull Senr. of in and to the hereby Granted Lands and premises and of in and to Every Every part and Parcel thereof with their and Every of their appurtenancies To Have and To Hold all that part of the said within Lott of Land which Lies on the north west side of the said Patta River and all and Singular the premises hereby Granted and Conveyed or mentioned or Intended to be Granted and Conveyed with their Appurtenancies unto the said William Bull Junr. his heirs and Assigns to the Only proper use Benefit and Behoof of him the said William Bull Junr. his heirs and Assigns forever and the said William Bull Senr. for himself his heirs Executors and Admrs. Doth Covenant promise and Grant to and with the said William Bull Junr. his heirs and Assigns by these presents that he the said William Bull Junr. his heirs and Assigns Shall and may Lawfully from hence forth forever hereafter Peaceably and Quietly Have Hold Use Occupy Possess and Enjoy the said Lands and premises [words obscured] hereby Granted with their and every of their Appurtenancies Free Clear and Discharged or well and Sufficiently Saved and kept Harmless and Indemnified of and from all former and Other Grants Bargains Sales Jointures Feoffments Leases Dowers Estates Entails Rent Charges Arrearages of Rents Statutes Judgments Recognizances Executions and of and from All Other titles troubles Charges and Incumberancies whatsoever had made Committed Done or Suffered Or to be had made Committed Done or Suffered by him the said William Bull his heirs Executors or Admrs. Or Any Other person or persons Lawfully Claiming Or to Claim from by or Under him them Or Any or Either of them He the said Willm. Bull Junr. his heirs or Assigns forever paying and Discharging the Annual Quit Rent that Shall from time to time forever hereafter become Due to Our Sovereign Lord the King his heirs and Successors for the within Granted Lands and premises; And also Complying with the Reservations and Exceptions in the said Letters Patent Regarding the said Recited tract of Land and premises In Witness whereof the said Parties have to these presents Interchangeably Set Their Hands and Seals the Day and Year first within Written —
