Dear Henry:
I hereby pledge to contribute to the William Bull and
Sarah Wells Stone House Association, Inc. FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS
($15,000.00). The intended purpose of this pledge is to assist in
the construction of one room in the proposed Reception Center
although I recognize that if for some reason it becomes impossible
to construct the Reception Center, the Directors, in their discretion,
may use this pledge for other corporate purposes.
In partial payment of this pledge, you will find enclosed
my check in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00). The
balance of this pledge, in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00), shall be paid by me during 1980.
I intend to be legally bound to carry out this pledge and
it shall represent an obligation of my estate in the event I should
die before it has been paid in full.
