I, Elizabeth Pierson, of the town of Hampton-burgh, of the County of Orange and State of New York, make this my last Will and Testament.
I give all my property, both real and personal, to my three daughters, to be divided in four equal parts, one part to Susan B. Howell, one part to Lucille L. Bull and two parts to Jane B. Pierson, revoking all former wills.
I appoint Jane B. Pierson executrix of this my last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, Elizabeth Pierson, have to this my last Will and Testament consisting od one sheet of paper, subscribed my name this fourth day of August, Nineteen hundred and four.

SUBSCRIBED by the testatrix Elizabeth Pierson in the presence of each of us, and at the same time declared by her to us to be her last Will and Testament and there-upon we at the request of the testatrix signed our names hereto as witnesses this fourth day of August nineteen hundred and four.
