Last Will and Testament of Hannah Bull
I Hannah Bull, of the Town of Hamptonburgh, County of Orange and State of New York, do make, publish and declare the within to be my last Will and Testament.
First: I devise and bequeath to my sisters, Anna B. Watkins, Sarah B. Hawkins, Phebe Bull, Martha B. Craft, Elizabeth Pierson one hundred dollars each free of inheritance tax.
Second: I devise and bequeath to my sister Amy B. Uptegrove three hundred dollars free of inheritance tax.
Third: I devise and bequeath to my sister Jane H. Thew the note of two hundred dollars made by her to me and which she still owes me free of interest and inheritance tax.
Fourth: All the rest and residue of my property, whether real, personal or mixed, of whatsoever nature or description I devise and bequeath to my brother Ebenezer Bull, in trust for his sole use and benefit as long as he shall live.
Fifth: After the decease of my said brother Ebenezer Bull, all the said rest and residue shall I devise and bequeath to my said sisters Anna B. Watkins, Sarah B. Hawkins, Phebe Bull, Martha B. Craft, Elizabeth Pierson, Amy B. Uptegrove, Jane H. Thew and my brothers Charles Bull and Peter Bull their heirs and successors forever share and share alike.
