Dear Mr. Bull.
Thanks so much for the papers. I think the piece about Col. Bull was very nicely written. We had known of his death and had talked of sending
it to you. but- am sorry to say we neglect- things to much - I can not- place Mrs. Mapes. have written to Pearl Beyea about it- one of her sisters
married a Mapes but- this was not- her sister. I suppose Andrew
had it- all in his papers but- where he had so many families it-
would be hard for me to go through them. Andrew's sister Mary Beyea.

and broke the ball that goes in the socket- she has to have
it bandaged so she cannot- move her shoulder. but- has
good use of the lower part of her arm. "it is her left- arm"
she can run around and wait- on herself. I have been
taking turns with her sister Mrs. Fowler of staying with her.
she is getting a girl now so I will be free to be home
for a while. We had a very steady rather cold winter here. not- much snow
it- is all gone except- in the woods and high lands. But- to day we are having a real spring snow with lots of mud. we have not- had much sun
shine lately but- no storm till today. Karls youngest- son
William is not- to well. had the Dr. he does not- have Pneumonia
but- pretty nearly he seems some better to feel he will come
through all right. (but will have to lose some days at- school.
neither he or Karl have had to lose a day since they started
Mrs. Milton Bull died about- six weeks ago. He was a
brother to Mr. Judson Bull that was up to the picnic the
time Andrew was. Best regards to Mrs. Bull
and your family. I wish you could come see us again.

Yours respectfully
Mina K. Beyea.
