J. & Elizabeth Edmonston being duly sworn says that she is the owner of the note copied above is a copy & that the only claim against the estate of Stephen H. Bull deceased, & partly deceased and says & she swears that no payments have been made thereon except what are credited above and that there are no offsets against the same to the knowledge of the deponent. Sworn to before me this 28th
