Dear Cousins:
Greetings! I'm here again! Another year has rolled around. It seems only a short time since I saw many of you at our Annual gathering, but I know a year has gone by when I look at the check book balance of the general funds of William Bull and Sarah Wells Family Association. It's mighty low. We suffered again with unexpected repairs — about $400.00 worth. We need your help.
This year, we are expected to take some part in the Hudson - Lake Champlain 350th Celebration. Mrs. Genevieve D. Nave, 34 Union Street, Montgomery, New York, is part of our Committee as well as being the Chairman of the Celebration in so far as the Village of Montgomery is concerned. We will need some financial help in costuming Indians and Colonials of the times. No doubt, many of you will be called upon personally to give physical assistance. If you want to volunteer, I am sure Mrs. Nave will welcome you.
I would appreciate receiving your contribution at this time for the support of the Association. You may contribute to all or any one of the three funds maintained by the Association, — General Fund, Endowment Fund and Genealogy Fund.
The Annual Picnic will be held on August 22, 1959 at the Stone House, Hamptonburgh, New York. Hope to see you then.
Sincerely,
[Signature: Henry P. Bull]
