This Indenture made this Twenty Eight Day of March
In the Year of our Lourd one Thousand Sevenhundred and
ninety nine Between Mary Youngs widow of Birdsey Youngs Esqr
Late of the County of Orange and the State of New York Diseased
of the one part and George Duryea Junior of the County of orange
Aforesaid of the Other part Witnesseth that the Said Mary
Youngs for and in consideration of the Sum of Fifty Dollars to
Be Toher in hand paid in manner and form following that is
To Say Fifty Dollars on the first Day of April which will be in the
Year of our Lord one Thousand Eight Hundred and also the
Said Sum of Fifty Dollars Annully on the Said first Day
of April dureing her Natural Life Have Demised Granted and
To firm Letten and ~~letten and~~ by these presents do Demise
Grant and to farm let the one Equal and undivided Third
part of the Real Estate Togeather with the premises which
the Said Birdsey Youngs Died Seized ~~possession of upon~~
the Terms herein before mentioned and Described the Term to
Continue for and During her naturall life Upon Condition that
meony aforesaid be Annually paid as aforesaid and upon
Failure thereof these presents are to Cease and be void astherfore
