Know all men by these presents that I Matilda
Booth of the Town of Hamptonburgh County of
Orange & State of New York Grand Daughter and
Heir of David Hawkins Decd. have remised released
and forever quit claimed and by these presents do remise
release and forever quit claim unto Ebenezer Bull
of the same place my Guardian all and all
manner of actions, suits reckonings accounts debts
dues and demands whatsoever- which I the said
Matilda, ever had, now hath or which I, my Executors
or administrators at any time hereafter can or may
have, claim or demand against the said Ebenezer
Bull his Executors or administrators, for touching
or concerning the management and disposition
of any moneys or other profits by him received
out of the same, or by virtue of said Guardianship or any payments made thereof during the minority of me the said Matilda Booth
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and seal this 28th Day of fourth Mo- 1846
