Mrs. Margaret Crawford Jackson
Dear Margaret:- Your letter of kindly
congratulation was received duly.
We enjoyed the afternoon. The old house
has not had such an assemblage in
long years, never in my memory. We
are glad to know that Hill Hold is
again occupied by its proprietress -
We hope that your health will be
fully restored and that your intention
will be to stay permanently. I had
to get to your place on Saturday but
was prevented. As to the incorporation
of Bull Town burying ground friends of those who had
friends there interred have spoken of
this - The grounds are the property of
the Presbyterian Church of Hamptonburgh.
Be present at the coming annual
meeting Dec 20th of the congregation and
we will talk the matter over. Friends
of those there buried must be
consulted and to that end a meeting
of them may be called. We are
very well here and hope this
will find you in good condition.
Hoping to see you soon I am
very respectfully
William Bull
