Mrs. Herbert L. Harlow MIDDLETOWN Mrs. Nellie Vail Harlow, Mt. Hope Rd., Middletown, died Sunday in Horton Memorial Hospital. She was 82. A retired teacher in the Town of Wallkill and Otisville schools, she was born in Middletown Oct. 19, 1884, the daughter of William D. and Emma J. Price Vail. She was married to Herbert L. Harlow. Mrs. Harlow was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Middletown, the What-So-Ever Circle of the Kings Daughters, and the Missionary Society of the Church. Surviving are one nephew, Norman W. Vail, Middletown, and two cousins.
