Mr. McVay
When I went to ballance your a/c
I found we made (or rather I made) a mistake
as I only received 6/9 [crossed out text] for Receipt when it
ought to have been 11/9— you threw down
the second Dollar & I said the one was enough
& gave 1/3 Change— Thought it best to write
you while it was all fresh in my memory &
you can send me the other 5/ by the first
