"Wooden saucer picked up on Rysdyk
Farm at Chester by someone in Wilkin
family - supposed to have been used
by the Revolutionary soldiers, as it
was picked up soon after some of these
soldiers had gone thro’ the neighborhood.
This was a tradition in Wilkin family
which Mr. Wm. S. Hoffman received from
his mother Elizabeth Denton Wilkin .
