KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT I Thomas Bull of the town of Crawford, County of Orange and State of New York am held and firmly bound unto Alexander Thompson of the same place in the sum of three thousand Dollars, lawful money of the United States of America, to be paid to the said Alexander Thompson or to his heirs executors, administrators or assigns: For which payment, well and truly to be made, I bind myself and my heirs, executors and administrators, firmly by these presents. Sealed with my seal. Dated the second day of June, one thousand eight hundred and fifty one.
THE CONDITION of the above obligation is such, that if the above bounden Thomas Bull or his heirs, executors or administrators, shall well and truly pay, or cause to be paid unto the above named Alexander Thompson or to his heirs executors, administrators or assigns, the just and full sum of one thousand five hundred Dollars lawful money six months after the date hereof with Interest from the date at the rate of six per cent per annum then the above obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
