Know all Men by these Presents, THAT
I Thomas Bull of the town of Crawford County of Orange and State of New York am held and firmly bound unto Samuel Mills of the Town of Wallkill in said County in the sum of Three thousand and four hundred Dollars, lawful money of the United States of America, to be paid to the said Samuel Mills his executors, administrators, or assigns; for which payment well and truly to be made, I bind myself my heirs, executors and administrators, firmly by these presents. Sealed with my Seal. Dated the twelfth day of May one thousand eight hundred and Forty Three.
The Condition of the above obligation is such, that if the above bounden Thomas Bull his heirs, executors or administrators, shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid, unto the above named Samuel Mills his executors, administrators or assigns, the just and full sum of one thousand seven hundred Dollars in one year from the date hereof, with interest then the above obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
