To Take Title to Bull Property
The William Bull and Sarah Wells Family Association, Inc., will take title to the property known as the stone house on the 30th of the present month. The entire property consists of four parcels, containing a total of 189 acres, the present occupant Ebenezer Bull reserving the right of maintaining his residence at the stone house during his lifetime.
The property will be maintained by the association as a memorial to the descendants of William Bull and Sarah Wells that took part in the late World War. As a token for the esteem in which this project is held, a prominent title searcher residing in Chester delivered to the Association a search of the property declining to accept any fee for the services rendered.
