A manual for tailoring different kinds of garments according to the Sectional System. This is a manner of taking and using measurements for a garment which is proposed at the most accurate. The book also gives advice for running a tailoring shop. This particular book was owned by Charles Thebault, a tailor in New York. His name and address are written in pen on the inside front cover. The book itself is in good shape, though the paint in the letters of the title has worn off.
