The January and Wood company operated out of Maysville, KY and was active from 1851 to 2003. They were a cotton mill whose production focused on home weaving needs for cloth and rugs, as well as all-purpose string. The label also includes a call for weavers to join the Maysville Weavers Guild, also known as the Maysville Guild of Home Weavers.
