A newspaper clipping from the Willimantic Chronicle of the article "Hattie Hill honored as volunteer," dated October 24, 1973. The article details the 40th Annual Dinner of the Auxiliary to the Windham Community Memorial Hospital where all volunteers, prominently Hattie Hill, were honored and received pins and bars in recognition of their service.
