Three spools of ribbon from J.B. David of St. Etienne, France. These spools are from the Mousquetaire (Musketeer) Brand popular in the 1920s and 30s and are all labeled Bordeaux 5689 for the color. The brand label features and engraving of a musketeer. Two spools are also labeled No. 9, while the other is No. 7. The No. 9 spools are velvet 1.25" ribbon, while the other is satin 1". All three spools are essentially the same burgundy color but one spool has some black velvet 1.25" ribbon wrapped over the original ribbon.Collection
