Description

A yellow neckerchief worn by John E. Champe at the 1937 National Boy Scout Jamboree in Washington, DC. The neckerchief features, in white, the BSA fleur de lis and the letters BSA underneath. It is stained all over but the fabric itself is in good shape. The accompanying woven clasp was traded with another scout at the Jamboree and was likely once red, white, and blue, though is now faded and discolored.
