The Independent Order of Odd Fellows is a fraternal organization based on the tenets of Friendship, Love, and Truth. The badge itself is pinned in a faded red cloth covered box with a metal clasp. The inside of the case is blue satin, labeled on the inside lid with a ribbon indicating the maker, W.W. Tolley Badges and Jewels of 631 DeKalb Ave, Brooklyn, NY.
