Snow is listed as a resident of the Elms in the 1910-18 Willimantic Directories. He may have been a retired carriage maker. William E. Weber is listed in the 1910-18 Willimantic Directories as a clerk for the ATC. He lived at 54 Turner St, Willimantic, CT.Photograph Details
