The proposed constitution and by-laws of the American Thread Athletic Association of Willimantic, Connecticut. Charles W. Hill spearheaded the athletic association of the American Thread Company, this document is his proposal of how it might be run. The pages are creased from being folded in thirds, and are yellowed and stained, held together by a paperclip in the upper left hand corner. Seven pages total.
