Five crochet hooks from the Boye company. The hook at the left is made from yellow plastic, while they other four are steel. The Boye company began in 1906 and in 1917 became the first company to make a full line of crochet hooks in America. The "Boye" logo with quotation marks was used until 1962, placing the yellow hook and one of the steel hooks before that date and the remaining steel hooks after.Collection
