A letter from the Office of the Commandant to Charles Wesley Hill ordering him to report to active duty as part of the United States Naval Reserve. It is dated April 27th, 1918 and signed by an assistant to the Commandant. The paper is creased where it was folded in quarters and then in half, and has two round holes at the top for a two prong paper fastener.
