War service certificate from the United States Navy for Charles Wesley Hill, for his service between April 27th 1918 to February 8th 1919 at Navy headquarters in New York City. Certificate number 422503. Signed by his commanding officer, W.F. Olsen and embossed with the seal of the Department of the U.S. Navy. The paper is creased from being folded in thirds and also along the right side. It has yellowed with age along the edges.
