A congratulatory letter from E.B. Shaw to Charles W. Hill on his receiving the Civic Award of the Police Benevolent Association of Willimantic. Dated December 22, 1958. The letter is typewritten on onionskin paper and signed "Burt Shaw." The paper has been cropped and has adhesive residue around the edges. Three pieces of tape remain stuck to the sides.
