Cane, ATCO Picnic, 1937

Section of Shaft of Cane Showing Beginning of Inscription: The image shows a close-up of a wooden walking cane with the words "AMERICAN THREAD CO OUTING WEST" written on its surface in black ink. The wood appears to be weathered and has a natural, rustic appearance. The lettering is uneven and irregular, suggesting it may have been hand-drawn or carved. The background is a plain, neutral surface, possibly a sheet of paper or cloth, with a light color that provides contrast to the dark wood and lettering. This could be an artifact or a piece of memorabilia with historic or personal significance, possibly related to an event or a journey.
