Description

A suction cup base for a wig or hat mannequin. The pink base would suction to a dresser top so that the shaft could be inserted into the bottom of the mannequin head. The head would then typically hold a hat or wig (pinned on to the fabric-covered or styrofoam head) while not in use to maintain the shape and style. The suction cup is stained but otherwise in good condition.
