Description

Four 60" cloth measuring tapes. Three are branded from De Pinna of Fifth Avenue, New York. Those same three are also marked in pen by hand, "Thebault" at the end. This refers to tailor Charles Thebault to whom they belonged. De Pinna was a chain of high end clothing stores for men and women from 1885 to 1969.

Use

Cloth measuring tapes are used primarily by sewing professionals to measure the body or other items to be fitted which are not made up of straight lines or surfaces.
