Description

This pin or clasp is made from ten pennies soldered together to form a ring, with a loop and pin backing. This was likely used to fasten a scarf or cloak. The pennies are dated ranging from 1887 to 1910 and alternate between Lincoln pennies and Indian Head pennies, the latter of which were only minted between 1859 and 1909.
