A copy of the letter sent by Mrs. Donald Hayden to the Mansfield, CT Board of Education in regards to her resignation from the board; as well as the reply sent from Mr. Phillip Dodge, Chairman of the Board of Education. Also included is the stamped envelope in which the reply came. The letters are yellowed but otherwise in excellent condition, the envelope is torn across the top.
