Bradford, his wife, on the northerly side of the dual highway leading from Ocean City toward Berlin and the southerly side of the old Ocean City Boulevard and in the tenth Election District of Worcester County, Maryland. It being a part of the deed of Dewey H. Bradford from John S. Whaley et al. dated and recorded in

Mr. Bradford wishes the deed from Dewey H. Bradford and Mildred F. Bradford, his wife be drawn to Enos H. Braford and Earline K. Bradford, his wife, by the entirities, the survivor &c.
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the south edge of a ditch and on the southerly side of the Old Ocean City Boulevard, it being the northeasterly corner of a lot laid out for Odus M. Bradford on August 23rd, 1952 and from thence running by and with the southerly side of the ditch on the southerly side of the old Ocean City Boulevard South 75°13'East, 50.0 feet to an iron pipe; to the east of a small ditch or drain, intersecting said road ditch; thence South 15°14'west, 197.4 feet to an iron pipe set 100.0 feet northeasterly of the center line of the Dual Highway leading from Ocean City toward Berlin; thence by and with the right of way of the said dual highway, 100.0 feet northeasterly of and parallel to its center line North 64°12'West, 50.0 feet to an iron pipe at the southeasterly corner of the aforesaid lot laid out for Odus M. Bradford; thence by and with the easterly line of the said Odus's Lot North 14°52 East, 187.8 feet to the place of the beginning. Containing and now laid out for 0.219 Acres of land more

Description of a lot on the Northerly side of the Dual Highway Leading from Berlin to Ocean City. It being a part of the land conveyed to Dewey H. Bradford from John S. Whaley et al. The lot herein described to be conveyed to Enos H. Bradford.
BEGINNING at a cement bounder in the edge of a ditch on the southerly side of the old State Road leading to Ocean City and marking the Northeast corner of the Alfred Taylor land and from thence running by and with the edge of said ditch and the southerly side of the Old State Road sometimes called Ocean City Boulevard South 77°03'East, 50.0 feet to an iron pipe set at the northwest corner of the lot this day laid out for Odus M. Bradford; thence by and with the westerly line of the same South 14°32' West, 176.26 feet to an iron pipe on the northeasterly side of the Dual Highway leading to Ocean City; at a point 100.0 feet from its center line; thence by and with the northeasterly side of the same and 100.0 feet from said center line North 62°52' West, 50.0 feet to an iron pipe on the easterly nine of the aforesaid Alfred Taylor Land; thence by and with the same North 14°08'East, 163.9 feet to the place of the beginning.
Containing 0.194 Acres of land more or less.
