Description of a lot on the South side of the County Road leading from Germantown to Trappe in the Third Election District of Worcester County. It being a part of the deed of George Blake and Ella Blake, his wife, dated May 27th, 1955 to Calvin P. Pruitt and Alma T. Pruitt, his wife. Surveyed according to iron pipes set by Calvin P. Pruitt. To be conveyed to Leah Jarman and Evelyn Jarman.
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set at the west corner of the Levin Bridell land as agreed to by Calvin P. Pruitt and Levin Briddel in 1955 and from thence running by and with the southwesterly line of the agreed line between them South 23°21' East, 180.0 feet to an iron pipe at the north corner of the Hattie Gains Lot; thence South 66°24 West, 64.5 feet to an iron pipe at the east corner of the Winnie Miller Lot; thence by and with the northeasterly line of the said Miller Lot North 24°50' West, 208.2 feet to an iron pipe on the south side of the County Road leading from Germantown to Trappe; thence by and with the same North 88°27' East, 74.7 feet to the place of the beginning.
Containing 13,002 square feet of land more or less.
