Description of a lot on the south side of the County Road leading from Germantown to Trappe in the Third Election District of Worcester County. It being a part of the deed of George Blake and Ella Blake, his wife, dated May 27th, 1955 to Calvin P. Pritt and Alma T. Pruitt, his wife. Surveyed according to iron pipes set by Calvin P. Pruitt, to be conveyed to Winnie Miller.
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the south side of the County Road leading from Germantown to Trappe and at the north corner of the Wilmore Teagle Lot and from thence running by and with the south side of said County Road North 88°27'East, 70.0 feet to an iron pipe at the west corner of the Leah Jarman & Evelyn Jarman Lot: thence by and with the southwesterly line of the same South 24°50'East, 208.2 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 66°38'West, 57.0 feet to an iron pipe at the east corner of the aforesaid Wilmore Teagle Lot: thence by and with the northeasterly line of the same North 26 37 West, 234.2 feet to the place of the beginning.
Containing 13,447.5 square feet of land more or less.
