Description of a parcel of land in the Third Election District of Worcester County and on the south side of the old County Road leading from Berlin to Taylorville, via Flower Street. It being also the northeast corner of the deed of Minnie E. Briddell from Jacob R. Purnell dated August 27th, 1929 and of record in Liber B.B. No. 7 folio 372.
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set 15 feet south of the center line of the Old County Road leading from Berlin to Taylorville via Flower Street and at the north west corner of the Wm. B. R. Selby Lot now belonging to William and Jacob Quillen and from thence running by and with the west line of said Quillen Lot South 9°00' East, 245.5 feet to a large cedar marked as a corner; thence South 80°00' West, 50.0 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 9°00' West, 245.5 feet to an iron pipe on the south side of the aforesaid County Road; thence by and with the south side of the same and 15 feet south of its center line North 80°00'Fast, 50.0 feet to the place of the beginning.
Containing and now laid out for 12,275. square feet of land more or less.
