Description of a lot on the southerly side of the County road leading from Germantown to Trappe in the Third Election District of Worcester County, Maryland. Surveyed according to Iron Pipes set by Mr. Calvin P. Pruitt. The line Next to Mr. Clayton Collins was agreed to in my presence by Mr. Collins Mr. Pruitt, aforesaid.
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the south side of the County
Road leading from Germantown to Trappe and at the northeasterly corner of the Clayton Collins land as agreed to at this time between Mr. Collins and Mr. Pruitt and from thence running by and with the South side of said County Road South 89°43'East, 70.0 feet to an iron pipe at the west corner of the Wilmore Teagle / H. and Jennette Collins Lot; thence by and with the southwesterly line of the same South 29°15' East, 289.5 feet to an iron pipe on or near the Annie Knight Lot; thenes by and with the same South 66°43'west, 53.65 feet to the Clayton Collins Land, as agreed to, at an iron pipe, a corner of the Knight Lot; thence by and with the Clayton Collins line North 30°31'West, 318.6 feet to the place of the beginning.
Containing 17,108 square feet of land more or less.

Mr. Pitts, I would like descriptions for preparing deeds for the four above lots.
You have prepared description for lot of Wilmore Teagle, and he has deed for same. We established the corners next to Levin Bridell of Leah Jarman's. Next to Clayton Collins we established the pipe when surveyed the lots adjoining and facing on Middletown Road, and there is a stone extablishing the other corner next to Collins. The pipes on back corners are designated by having a white stake drove next to them.
I will go with you if you want me to. The land is clear at present, and in good condition to walk and measure over.
It will suit me any day from 10.15 to 12. 1 to 2.30, or after supper 7. until dark.
