Notes

The headdress is made of black cloth over a stiff unknown material. The outside top edge is lined with yellow and red beads, followed by a band of diagonally sewn alternating bands of lavender and white beads. The design on the front is a large flower made with white beads as the petals outlined with lavender beads and with three bands of small black beads topped with larger black beads as the stamen. There are two large leaves below the flower made with light green beads outlined with darker green beads. Continuing from the base of the leaves to each side are lines of green beads which connect to flowers on the sides, the first in yellow with a black center, then to a red flower, again with a black center. The entire bottom of the headdress is decorated with another band of diagonally sewn alternating bands of lavender and white beads.
