Wesley Adams describes coming across a couple of men beside Robinson Creek just to the west of Clear Lake around 1908. They were using this trap and another to catch fish in the creek. He purchased this trap from one of them for $2. The man said that his uncle had made it a few years prior. It remained in Wesley Adams' collection until his death when his daughter Pearl inherited it.Created By
