Description

Sabre-shaped blade with plain concave bolster. Pistol-shaped handle of white Meissen procelain with basket-weave texturing at both ends and painted floral decoration, one depicting a couple in period costume in a woodland setting, the male playing a horn and the female a clarinet. Silver ferrule with two plain bands incised at top and bottom.
